So imagine my surprise when I saw lovely images of this beautiful woman in a dress she created using our Border print from Beauty Queen (Valerie) in her dress design. I almost fell off my chair when I got to see her vision in real time. Exquisite. border prints can go a long way but you have to be inspired, you have to know what they can be used for and we think Paisley Farm did an incredible job!! You will be so stuck on her blog!! She does it all so well!!!! Sofia lives in Las Vegas , Nevada and her blog is so inspirational. She loves Floral fabric so I would say she really gets me. I am so excited for you to meet her and see her beautiful dress that I know will make you swoon. I took the same border print and used it on my antique bed as a covering and I just love the results so whatever the use just know you can’t go wrong with a border print..heavenly ideas await you! So be sure to follow Sofia Moore on her blog and Facebook page, we are hoping she does it in other colorways. This is very much like our Angie so I expect to see some of those being created. Yup you heard right and we love the editor Katherine Stevenson so much….She’s doing it all right now and boy is she bringing it. Props for the All Star Girl. Here’s a sweet, mod quilt we whipped up, photoshop style, using Good Company. It’s fun to visualize the possibilities!

Kay Streit Whitt is an amazing pattern designer and we are so blessed to have her in the quilting world! We are so lucky she decided to use our wonderful prints for her most recent pattern. I get so excited whenever she uses our fabric for one of her designs. She knows how to fit people and she knows what they want. Kay is the owner of Sew Serendipity and we are so excited by her new Tara Dress pattern that can also be a top.(as seen below) She uses our recent border print Valerie from Beauty Queen and we are loving the results. She also used Beauty Queen Linky Love to contrast the wonderful details. Kay is the real deal I remember her at one of my first quilt market and I was so excited to see quilting fabrics used for apparel. Thanks for doing it so beautifully Kay. We appreciate you and your talents!!! Follow her and get to know her. She has a bajillion books and sewing patterns that will excite you! Enjoy!!

Life has been a whirlwind of late, I do better when I’m busy. Life is soooo sweet as long as I keep a gratitude dialog going all the time cause I can enter a negative zone just as easy as anyone else but being grateful has been the source of my abundance. So let’s get to it. Exciting news Joann’s will have an exclusive line by Jennifer Paganelli called Jenny Eliza in their stores in July!!!! We are just floored with your response on Facebook and please make sure you are following Jenny Eliza for every possible project we will be showing you. They are going to kit up the quilt below and distribute through their stores!!! They will also have instructions for the pillow and jewelry so stay tuned. Be on the look out. Also in anticipation for the new line at Joann’s we have a Facebook page set up for international friends that don’t have access to Joann’s. Judy of Hickity Pickity’s fame beautiful daughter Katie has stepped up to assist you with purchasing the fabric and getting it to you. Of course there will be an extra charge for her service but we all know the price of the goods and gas and overall time it will take for her to get it to you. With over 80 folks in the group she will be a busy camper. I hope you understand.
Also Fons and Porter will have a Crazy quilt made from Jenny Eliza which we will reveal very soon so watch their site for further developments.
