Kelsey was named after, you guessed it, Kelsey! Kelsey is the daughter of Jenny Fish and quite the budding fashionista. The Fish Family lives in Texas and have been long time Sis Boom Fans. In fact, they are known as the FIRST documented Sis Boom Fans around here. We are so grateful for their support over the years and it was a thrill to name a pattern after this beautiful young lady.
The Kelsey Top/Dress came be made in three lengths – top, tea length dress and maxi dress. This pattern is sweet and sassy and perfect for summer and fits girls 3 months to 14 years. You all are just the coolest ever. I posted this photo on facebook and asked which one you liked better and after 250 comments we saw that you are unmistakeably leaning towards blue. For those who chose the one with more yellow I promise you will see it in a future color story!!! Your compassion your love of fabric did not go unnoticed and I love you for that. Tobago is a sweet little island with beautiful beaches and lots of wildlife.
Your tropical girl can run free in this classic, bias-cut tank. It can be made in top or dress length. The neckline can be a classic round shape or include a cute notch. For the tinier sizes, a button or tie fastener is included for easy dressing over those baby/toddler noggins. Depending on your fabric choice, it can be barbeque casual or seaside wedding formal. The a-line style is perfect for embellishment with applique or embroidery.
On the cover, Tobago has been made with Paula from Girls World Vibe (an oldie, but a goodie!) Imagine the Tobago top in Good Company?! Swoon!

Folks are loving the bundle and while you were busy doing that, Our Girl Carla was in the Scientific Seamstress lab whipping up the companion aptly named Tobago because she knows you all go cray cray for the mother daughter patterns. So Monday check in with the Scientific Seamstress fan page because I’m sure it will be available on Etsy.
Jenny Fish had a real good time with the Jenny Eliza prints currently at JoAnns. I love all the sweet details on this one!! make sure you have all 14 fabrics!!! They are hitting the stores right now!!

Would love to hear what you think of Dandelion and Boo’s collaboration with Daisy and Poppy and Roses of Blue. We have joined together to raise money for Clown Doctors who bring some humour and smiles to children in hospital. I love the idea of of collaborating for a cause.
