Oh I’m so jealous! Wish I could’ve been there. Think you could move to OK?
Thank you for doing this for the people of Haiti. I’ve hooked up with a lady online, that her aunt is a missionary. She is a midwife. So I’m making flannel blankets (their request) for her to take for the babies. She said the women have nothing. Can you imagine not even a blanket to wrap your baby?
My hubby has gone to Haiti on mission teams 3 different times with our church, so my heart really has a connection for these people. So thanks for all you do!
    Hugs,
    Gina

What a wonderful day! I love seeing pictures of all these creative women hard at work, concentrating on the next step in their creations. And I love seeing the results all layed out next to each other. Looks like a fabulous work space for a group of quilters. Wish I could have joined you all – very inspiring!

  3. Oh so much beauty in one space. The quilt, the supplies and the hearts of very giving women. Thank you for giving us a glimpse of your day. I wish I lived closer.

Inspired, grateful, content. Words that come to mind when spending the afternoon with my Birdie and you AMAZING artists at Make and Mingle! It was a wonderful idea that caused folks to come together for so many different reasons, but all for the common good of someone who needs a warm quilt. I met such great gals today! MANY thanks to you and Nancy for doing what you both do so well 🙂 We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Thanks to you and Nancy and the girls at Make and Mingle for putting together a great afternoon. Always fun to be surrounded by such creative people. I always leave Make and Mingle inspired and now I’m extra excited having gained 5 yards of fabulous fabric yesterday. Thank you so much! My 5 year old loves it! She did not inherit her mother’s fear of color (trying to learn from her) and has requested some dresses from the fabric. I’ve been wasting my morning looking at patterns online. So many possibilities.
