Nancy Geaney whipped up another beauty!!!! I love this type of patchwork! Simple small squares and a great big expanse. I love the colors she chose. I love how they salute the colors of Lily Pulitzer ! I can't help it I grew up in a place where that's what everyone wore. It's a part of me. I was having so much fun with this old pull toy imagining where they would be going over this colorful land. I'm just glad they have each other. Have you ever noticed from an airplane the geography below actually looks like a quilt? Do I know my audience or what? Remember to take time to play today. xoxox

Love that patchwork quilt! Since all your fabric collections go together so well, this is such a great way to combine all those fabulous colors I have stacked up on my shelf… simple squares patched together. Love the scrolly quilting too!
LOVE the quilt – love the toy too! The pillow shams are so beautiful – those are just the yummiest colors in the world.
Yes, I’ve noticed how the earth [especially farmland] resembles quilts – I’d love to fly again just to take pictures and create one – but I don’t fly anymore, lol!

Darling old toy. How did we ever get by without electronics? Kids today will never know!!! Love that blue…restful, fresh. Yes, I’ve “sketched” out of an airplane window before hoping to one day made a quilt from the design.

Love the pretty pillow shams and the quilt is lovely. Those fields in various shades of green remind me of quilts also. I also look at greeting cards and think of quilts.
