A blog devoted to a quilt made form Sis Boom Fabrics called Sis Boom POW ! ! 30 lovely folks participated in developing a quilt for charity under the direction of Victoria Findlay an uber quilter in New York City!!! Please do yourself a favor and check out the quilt squares that have been coming in from around the world! So good for my ego!!!!!! Seriously I love how quilters donate their time and love of the creative process! This blog will inspire everyone! So many different points of view and beautifully executed!! Some special person will know the love and meaning that went into it!!!I Love you all for participating and making this incredible quilt!! I feel privileged to be a part of it all. Thanks Victoria.

And thank YOU for all the fabulous fabrics so we could help make the quilt. It’s amazing how we all got similar fabrics but each patch is so different. There are some real beauties.

Yep, count me among those who have been loving being a part of SisBoomPow ~ awesome fabrics from a talented designer being put to great use under the direction of an awesome quilter. It doesn’t get much better than that! V is generous to a fault and she loves doing these projects and I love that she included me.
Love your patterns! I’m not much for making clothes, but your bell sleeve tunic is calling to me.
