Oh, I so wish I lived in your neck of the woods! That looks like it was an absolutely heavenly day! So much eye candy! Boo hoo! Come to Illinois please!
Jennifer…….what a sale!!!! Oh how I would have loved to have been there! Funny, yesterday after viewing your blog I went shopping in town ( a little shop called “Suzie Q’s” Quilt shop. I asked Susan, the owner if she would purchase some “Sis Boom” fabric for the store? She said I have some….and started pulling some from the shelves. I told her about blogging and said I had seen this beautiful fabric (brown, white scroll work with roses:) and wanted to make some pillows for my sofa! She immediately pulled it out along with the Zebra and a hot pink paisley! Well, 15 min. later I was happily on my way to make up some pillows like yours:) The world seemed so small at that moment:) While in the shop, I showed her your blog on her computer. She recognized the rep (I think that is who she was) in the bottom picture with the two girls acting silly:) Anyway…..this blogging world is unbelievable….6 degrees of separation:) Ha Ha………have a great day…..Linda
Oh Jennifer, how I wish I could have been there. It certainly looks like a good time was had by all!! My hubby and I are going to NY for a couple of days, and I plan on stopping by Purl Soho to make a few Mod Girl fabric purchases. Can’t wait to see the fabric in person. Have a great week. Cammy
