Stockings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make some of your own.  Download a shape of stocking you like from the internet and then mix it up with some Sis Boom Fabrics.  I love these they were done for a Woman's Day Christmas photoshoot.  They hold quite a bit of Christmas Booty too!!!!

Collections are the best way to celebrate the season!!  I love my collections of Victorian beaded ornaments and the shadowbox of Santa with three glittered reindeer's….it doesn't have to be complicated but it has to move ones heart.  The legacy of praising the folklore lives on..storytelling lives on in the things previous generations leave behind.

A Better Rendition

A little secret!

I'll be honest I don't show very many of my crafts on my blog because one day I opened a magazine and there smak dab in the middle of this very glossy magazine was my project with absolutely no reference to me.  It stings a bit but that goes with the territory and I must expect some of that.  Heck we all know what it feels like but we know when the project originated it's nice to give a salute of some kind.  We know when somethings original and this idea I'm sharing with you now is very original,  as far as I know ,but then again we never can be 100% sure because creative minds pick up stuff all the time and simulate things in their mind.  Anyway I am always using storybook pictures and wondering how to frame them then one day I glittered embroidery hoops and voila instant frame.  So I glued pictures to the bottom and the frame still felt empty so I glued old glass Christmas balls (tiny ones) to the border..I only work with hot glue..and then lightly glittered the overall frame and then used a Maya Road glittered die cut to the back for a hanger.  So there you have it.  Please if you can reference where you saw it it makes me more willing to share! So have fun and please show me what you've made I do love to see!!!
